Do you take custom orders?
Whenever possible, yes! Please feel free to send me an email so we can talk about your idea.
Tell me about your shipping methods.
I ship using USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Ready to Ship items are mailed within 3 business days of purchase. Made to order items can take up to 7 business days to build and ship.
Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, please be sure your address is correct when ordering. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please send me an email prior to placing your order.
My order arrived damaged!
If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of its arrival and I will exchange it with a similar item of equal value. Depending on the damage I may request the item to be returned. I will supply a prepaid shipping label.
Do you have a return policy?
There are no returns on any custom items. Due to the nature of handmade glass each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. My glass objects are hand built, never symmetrical, and will have the look of two hands creating it. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 3 days of its arrival to discuss the issue.
Can I order wholesale?
Yes! Send an email with your shop information. I do my best to keep my products special and “heirloom-able” for customers.
Do you use lead?
Lead is a used in the welding process of stained glass. Because stained glass is typically installed and is not handled regularly. i.e. it’s hung in a window and not touched. It is considered safe to have in the home. Lead is only a concern when ingested.
Please wash hands after handling and display where tiny hands can’t interact with it.
